Photocopy Request Form for New Jersey and Out-of-State Residents

Use this form to request photocopies of materials owned by the N.J. State Library.

New Jersey residents who request photocopies from the New Jersey State Library are charged: $3.00 per citation plus $.50/page with a minimum charge of $5.00

There is no additional fee for faxing, but a 25 page limit applies.

N.J. residents may be able to obtain free photcopies of materials by using the interlibrary loan department of their local public library.

Out-of-state residents who request photocopies from the New Jersey State Library are charged: $3.00 per citation plus $1.00/page with a minimum charge of $10.00

If delivery by fax is selected, the per page fee is $1.50 and a 25 page limit applies.

Photocopying: there is a 100 page per person daily limit on the number of pages that can be copied by staff and mailed.

Faxing: there is a 25 page limit.
